Refund policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of balloon materials, the short life span once they are filled with helium gas & the custom text decal applied to each balloon order, all sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given as each balloon is custom & on a made-to-order basis. This also applies to changes of mind or event cancellations

A refund will only be provided if

1) We fail to deliver your order

2) Put incorrect text on your balloon

3) The balloon is deemed to be faulty after a thorough inspection.

A refund will be given on the cost of the faulty balloon (excluding delivery)
